hey guys! sorry for the extremely late update. whats up?how's life? i hope its going good for all of you. it's been busy throughout the last few weeks. practices for praise and worships in church for both youth groups - zions joy and post con .. but well, for God,anything will do.
haven't been jamming with both of my own bands for a week now,oh shit..can't wait to get together again.
 
haha friday was damnnnnnn amazing. first day of BAYBEATS '04! I TELL YOU IT WAS THE BEST DAY OF BAYBEATS EVER!!!! watched shoe size nine,love me butch,supermarket heros !!! oh man, gotta say that love me butch was really mad!!!! they were out of this world. the best band i ever caught live. serious. the music was awesome, the vocals sounded like finch recordings with a story of the year hype in the screams! it was like when i heard the music i ran into the crowd and started to mosh.. til the badass tight security made alot of problems for us. LOVE ME BUTCH really stold it all til even that they made supermarket hero looked not so good because they really absolutely insane! have never heard anyone sung or screamed like him live..was really absolutely shocked. haha furthermore they were just a malaysian band.supermarket hero was from australia,but SMH was great too, the vocalist sounded abit like dashboard as he sung and screamed/shouted abit like thrice. really cool.
 
haha the first day of baybeats was so good that it made the 2nd day so bloody dissappointing for me.. haha maybe cuz i was late. i missed 3 REALLY AWESOME BANDS. pension state,objection overrule and surreal. ha. sigh. wasted. but i caught buddhiston,whence he came and blue line medic. lol buddhiston really took the crowd with their feel and spectacular coordination and pauses and rhytmns and the drummer turns the crowd while whenever he does all his super dooper fillins with one of his sticks spinning. haha. but the music was too indie for me,i got bored after awhile. same for whence he came, WHC's vocals was really mad,he sung damn well,better than buddhiston in my opinion..he sounded abit like saosin. but like buddhiston, it really got bored after awhile. can't stand too much of indie. haha the biggest joke was blue line medic, their music really didnt appeal to me at all, i was UTTERLY blown off by their music and i left half way during their set. and today(the 3rd day of baybeats, i didnt go haha cause i guess im gona expect hte same music)
 
yeh. i really hope to catch love me butch and SMH next year again, as well as objection overrule,surreal,pensionstate, any good emo/emocore bands. AND YEH I MISS ELISABELLE TEARS!COME BACK TO SG!! haha if they could invite silverstein down,that would be crazy! haha. we'll see next year.
